The Charity is governed by a Charity Commission Scheme for Almshouses. There is a Board of eight trustees serving in a voluntary capacity, two of whom are ministers of the United Reformed Church, with the others being lay members linked to local churches, including the Point-in-View congregation itself.

In addition the Charity is served by a volunteer Clerk/ Treasurer who administers the business of the Trust.
